Internet: You may place an order online 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week
through this secure website. Just add the items you want to your shopping
cart, and proceed to checkout.
Phone: Phone orders can be placed with one of our
helpful sales representatives by dialing 1-800-774-2376 or, for local
and international orders, (310) 323-4256. Business hours are Monday
through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
Fax: Fax orders are accepted 24-hours-a-day at 1-800-888-3294
or 310-769-6189 (local/international). Please include your name, billing/shipping
address (es), exact product(s) and price(s), as well as your credit
card information. For faxed orders, please be sure to include your
daytime phone number.
Snail Mail: Mail orders can be sent to: Price Point,
Attn: Ordering Dept., 1442 W. 135th Street, Gardena, California 90249.
Please include your name, billing/shipping address (es), exact product(s)
and price(s), as well as your credit card information. If you are
shopping online, you can print your order directly from our website,
without pressing the “submit” button, and simply mail
that in. When placing an order through the mail, please be sure to
include your daytime phone number.

>Order Status
Shortly after you place your order you will get
an email order confirmation. That email will have your order number
as well as list of everything you ordered. Additionally, you will
receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is shipped. The following
is more options available to you:
Tracking: You can view your online
order status anytime by clicking on the “Order Status”
link on this site and logging in with your e-mail address and password.
For your convenience, Price Point will e-mail your UPS tracking
number and order information when your order ships. Your order should
ship within 1-2 business days from our West Coast warehouse. Please
allow between 2-7 working days for delivery of standard UPS ground
orders. Be aware that UPS sometimes delivers as late as 8:00pm in
some areas.
Customer Service: If there is
any problem with your order, one of our sales representatives will
contact you. Please make sure you provide us with you correct phone
number and e-mail address, in case we need to contact you. If you
need to check the status of an order you placed but have not yet
received, you can view your online order status anytime by clicking
on the “Order Status” link on this site and logging
in with your e-mail address and password. Otherwise, please contact
one of our customer service representatives at custservice@pricepoint.com
or 1-800-774-2376 extension 400. Customer Service hours are Monday
through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
Back Orders: Sometimes, due to
our unbeatable low prices, we run out of an item sooner than we
had anticipated. If this occurs, we will ship the available items
in your order immediately, and place the unavailable items on back
order. Back ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they
arrive. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges.
If you do not want any of your items back ordered, please indicate
that in the “Optional Order Comment” area, before submitting
your order. IMPORTANT! You will never be charged for any backordered
items until they are shipped out to you.
When you receive your order, your invoice will list any back ordered
items and their expected arrival date. Additionally, providing we
have your current e-mail address, you will be notified of your back
order status within 7, 30 and 60 days of your order. If at any time
you want to cancel your back order, just contact one of our customer
service representatives at custservice@pricepoint.com
or 1-800-774-2376 extension 400. Customer Service hours are Monday
through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please
call us at 800-774-2376 ext. 900 or 310-323-3473 ext. 900 and we
will try to help you, providing your order has not already shipped.
DO NOT e-mail us because we may
not be able to change your order in time.

>Delivery of Your Items
Processing: We process all orders
during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00am
to 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time). Provided there are no problems
with your billing address or credit card, most orders ship out the
same or the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and
Sunday will not be processed until the next business day.
Delivery Time: The estimated
delivery time for UPS ground orders is as follows:
Southern CA: 1 working day
CA, NV, UT, AZ: 2 working days
WA, OR, ID, MT: 3 to 4 working days
WY, CO, NM: 3 to 4 working days
Central US: 4 to 5 working days
Eastern US: 5 to 6 working days.
Deliveries are made Monday - Friday up until 8:00pm,
except on major holidays.
Expedited shipping applies to business days only; there will be no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
