Unsatisfied? Price Point sets
the industry standard with a 30-day, no-questions-asked satisfaction
guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or
store credit (within 30 days from the date of your invoice, as long
as the product is in its original unused/uninstalled condition).
At Price Point, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple. No
phone calls or RA numbers are required. As long as the product you
are returning is in its original unused and uninstalled condition,
we will accept your return up to 30 days from your invoice date. Just
follow the simple return/exchange instructions on the back of your
invoice, and send us your return via an insured carrier. We will take
care of the rest.

>Return/Exchange Procedures
Price Point guarantees satisfaction with every
product we sell. We will gladly accept all returns/exchanges within
30 days from the date of purchase and as long as the product is
in original unused/uninstalled condition. Please follow these easy
steps to assure a prompt replacement, refund, or credit towards
a new order:
- If possible, package your return in the original carton using secure
packing tape. Important!! All returned items must be in a new, unused/uninstalled
condition in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
- Please complete the form on the back of the invoice and send it
with your return.
- Send your return via insured carrier (preferably FedEx Ground
or USPS) to:

- Keep a record of your shipment until your return/credit/exchange
has been processed.
- If you do not have your invoice, please let us know how
you would like us to process your return. Don’t forget to
include your name, address and phone number.
- To redeem your store credit please leave a note in the "Optional Order Comments" section when you checkout of your online order
stating "apply my store credit". Additionally, you can call us direct to place and order by phone and simply let the Sales Rep
know you have a store credit you would like to redeem.

>Return Processing and Disclaimer
Price Point processes all returns and exchanges Monday through Friday,
usually within 2-3 business days of receipt. All exchanges
are shipped FedEx Ground, unless otherwise specified; please allow
ample time for delivery. Provided we have your current e-mail address,
you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number
when your exchange is shipped. For returns, you will receive an
e-mail confirmation once your credit has been processed. Please
allow up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your credit
card statement, if you paid with a credit card, or to receive a
check.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs
associated with normal returns and exchanges, specifically improper fit of all clothing items.
