Order Status

Most orders placed before 3 pm PST Monday-Friday are shipped the same day. Once we ship your order, an automated email will be sent to you. This email will include your order information as well as the tracking number. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email please check your junk mail folder.

Backorders & Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, due to our unbeatable low prices, an item goes out of stock sooner than we anticipated. If this occurs, we will ship all available items in your order immediately. Once your backordered item(s) is available, we will ship it to you at no additional shipping cost. You are not charged for any backordered item until it ships.

For orders set up to ship Express, the in stock items will ship to you at the selected shipping method. Once the backordered item(s) is available it will ship out to you via Standard Ground Shipping.

For all international orders, the entire order will remain on hold until all items are in stock.
