You may place an order online 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our secure website. Just add the items you want to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout.
Placing an International Order
You may place an order online 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our secure website. Just add the items you want to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. To check shipping rates and methods, please add your items to your shopping cart. . Although most of our products can be shipped worldwide, due to manufacturers restrictions, a small portion of our products may not be eligible for shipment to some countries. You will be notified of any restricted items and asked to provide a shipping address within the U.S. to complete your checkout.
International Order Procedures: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cashier’s Check and wire transfer in U.S. funds for international orders. Please note orders over $3,000 USD require a wire transfer as payment.
For your protection, we may require additional information and identification to process international orders. We understand that some of these procedures might be restrictive, but due to the high risk of fraud with international orders, they are necessary to continue to serve our international customers. Price Point thoroughly investigates and checks all international orders for fraud. Improper or fraudulent use is grounds for prosecution. Price Point reserves the right to hold up or refuse to ship any international order it deems fraudulent.
Placing a Phone Order
Phone orders can be placed with one of our helpful Customer Service representatives by dialing 1-800-774-2376 x400 or, for international orders, (562) 616-6871 x400 from 8 a.m. to 5p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
Changes or Cancelations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please call us at (800) 774-2376 x400 or (562) 616-6871 x400 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, and we will do our best help you, providing your order has not already been processed. Please DO NOT email us because we may not be able to change your order in time.
Price Match Pledge
Here at Price Point it is important to us that we always attempt to provide you with the best possible price. Usually you will find that price right here at Price Point, should that not be the case, we’ve got you covered.
Our simple Price Match Pledge makes it easy. Here is what you need to know;
- •Purchase a product at Pricepoint.com, if we put it on sale within 7 days of your purchase give us a call or send us a message and we will issue you a credit for the difference
- •If you purchase a product and then find it on another site at a lower price within 30 days of your original purchase, we will issue you a credit for the difference
- •If you have not purchased yet but find a lower price elsewhere, simply place your order and in the “comments” section provide a link to the product page of the item you would like to match
- •Now to be fair we do ask that you match exactly the same product (including size and color) and that the item is in stock and ready to purchase
- •The other site does need to be in the US and we won’t be able to honor discounts originating from rewards programs, percentage off discounts or other bundled discounts

Gift Certificates: Price Point offers Gift Certificates in $25 increments up to any amount. To use your Gift Certificate for an online order, please type your Gift Certificate number in the “Additional Order Comments” section at checkout.
The total on your receipt will not immediately reflect the Gift Certificate credit, however, when you receive your shipping confirmation via email, you will find a revised total included there. We will contact you if there are any issues.
Shop Credit: To apply your credit for an online order, please type the amount and any necessary order numbers/information in the “Additional Order Comments” section at the end of checkout. The total on your receipt will not immediately reflect the credit, however,when you receive your shipping confirmation via email, you will find a revised total included there. We will contact you if there are any problems with using your credit.
Update Your Pricepoint.com Information: When you place your next order, you will be able to change your information, including shipping or billing address, phone numbers and email address. Or you can log into Your Account by clicking here and clicking on “Update My Account.”

Wish List: Create an account and save all your favorite gear on your wish list. You can keep track of your favorite items to buy later and share your list with your family and friends.In order to create a wish list, you must create an account. Shop on Pricepoint.com and add all your favorite gear onto your wish list by clicking the “Add to Wish List” button on the product page.
Once you have completed your wish list or you’re ready to share, you can log into your account and email it to up to 10 of your family and friends at a time.
