Returns / Exchanges

We accept returns on items in original, unused condition only. Items must be returned in their original packaging (or with tags if its clothing) with no signs of wear, use or installation.

You are welcome to try on clothing items but please do not wear them on a ride. When trying on shoes, please do not install the cleats. Any items that show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund. All items to be returned must be shipped in appropriate protective packaging (a shipper's box, bubble or pillow wrap, etc.). Please do not use the original packaging as the shipping box. Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging will not be accepted.

Price Point can not accept returns on the following items

  • Customized assembled products (a complete bike with components you selected)
  • Nutritional/food products can not be accepted for safety reasons
  • Tools which may have been opened
  • Gift certificates
  • Undergarments or shorts with an included liner can not be accepted for health and sanitary reasons
  • Final sale and clearance items

Any "free gift" or products associated with a bundle, kit, set or other promotion such as a gift with purchase, must accompany the return to be accepted.
In addition, gift certificates issued in conjunction with a promotion must be returned with the original order at full value. If any part of the gift certificate was redeemed, that amount will be deducted from your refund amount.

Oversize items such as bikes, frames, wheel sets etc will be subject to a 15% restocking fee once received.

Shipping fees associated with the order will not be refunded

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returns. Any fees associated with refused packages or shipments marked return to sender will be deducted from the return. Returns are processed Monday-Friday usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

  • When you return your purchase to Price Point within 30 days of the purchase date you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s) pending the return meets all of the guidelines above.
  • If we receive your item(s) within 31-90 days of the purchase date, or if they were purchased with store credit or Price Point Gift Certificate, you will receive your refund in the form of store credit.
  • Any returns received after the 90 day period or without an Return Authorization will not be eligible for a return.

International customers:

Damaged/Missing items:

Please thoroughly check your order once you receive it. Please contact us immediately if there are any damaged or missing items. Any missing items/damages must be claimed within 10 days of receipt.

Warranty Policy

At Price Point we want you to shop with confidence. Price Point honors any manufacturer warranty on items we sell. Most defects will be apparent upon initial inspection of the item; sometimes the defects will not be obvious until the product is actually used.

For warranty inspection please print and fill out the Warranty Request Form in full and send the defective product back to us for inspection.

When the defective item is received in our Warranty Department, the item(s) will be inspected by our certified mechanic or processed and sent directly to the manufacturer for inspection. If for any reason the item is not covered under warranty you will be contacted immediately.

PLEASE NOTE: Warranties cover manufacturing defects that are apparent during normal product use. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents and racing are not covered. In addition, please do not attempt to remedy defects yourself as that can void out manufacturer warranty.

Price Point will extend to its customers any manufacturer's warranty on merchandise we sell, but we make no additional warranty, express or implied, for products sold by us.
