Returns / Exchanges
Price Point offers 90 Day Easy Returns. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, follow the three easy steps below
to return the order for a refund or credit. Items must be in good, resalable condition.
- Fill out the information found on the back of your invoice.
- Ship the order back to us using the return label found on the front of the invoice via an
insured carrier. - For fast, simple exchanges place a new order for the correct items and return the original items for a refund.
If you don’t have your invoice, please print this form and send the order back via an insured carrier.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returns. Returns are processed Monday through Friday, usually within two to three business days of receipt.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

International customers: All international orders must have an RA number before they can be returned. Please contact our Customer Service Department prior to returning any items for instructions.

Warranty Policy
At Price Point, we want you to shop with confidence. Price Point honors any manufacturer warranty on items we sell.
Most defects will be apparent upon initial inspection of the item; sometimes the defects will not be obvious until the product is actually used.
If you feel a product you purchased is defective, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 774-2376 ext 400 or custservice@pricepoint.com
and we will assist you with handling your warranty issue and getting you back on your bike in no time.
Please note: warranties cover manufacturing defects that are apparent during normal product use. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents and racing are not covered.
Price Point will extend to its customers any manufacturer’s warranty on merchandise we sell, but we make no additional warranty, express or implied, for products sold by us.
