Shipping

Price Point proudly pledges that for all orders placed prior to 3 pm PST, we will ship your order the same business day. All order details including shipping, billing and payment information must be correct and your payment transaction must be approved in order to guarantee Same Day Shipping.

Shipping rates are determined by your order total. The shopping cart will automatically compute all shipping charges for you. Once in the shopping cart you will be given all available shipping options to your destination.

Price Point will ship your order via a method that will get your order to you on or before the delivery date estimated during checkout. All orders that leave Price Point are insured and tracking information is provided via email.

Price Point offers the following shipping service levels:

  • Standard Shipping: Depending on your location, delivered within 1-5 business days within the United States.
  • 2 Day Air: Delivered within 2 business days within the contiguous United States.
  • Next Day Air: Delivered the following business day within the contiguous United States.

*2nd Day and Next Day Air shipments are delivered Monday-Friday. No Saturday Delivery is available at this time. All orders submitted over the weekend are processed and shipped from our warehouse the following Monday.

*Please allow 5-7 additional business days for delivery of Pro Build or Custom Complete bikes.

*For orders shipping within Southern California, the Standard Shipping method will get to you within 1-2 business days. Ordering Express 2 Day or Express Overnight can delay the delivery.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to bad weather, carrier issues including but not limited to rural delivery schedules, incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.

Sales Tax: Appropriate sales tax is added to all orders delivered in the state of California. Canadian and international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and custom fees related to their order.

Insurance Charge: In addition to the cost of shipping, we are $1.29 for insurance on every order. This nominal fee serves to protect you, the customer, in case your shipment is lost, stolen or damaged. You can request this fee be removed while placing your order over the phone or by leaving an order comment when ordering online.

Oversized/Heavy Items: Certain items may be subject to a higher shipping rate due to their size or weight. Any additional costs will be indicated with the item during checkout. In addition Price Point may be required to charge an additional surcharge for large quantity orders; our Customer Service Team will notify you of any extra charges prior to shipping the order.

International Shipping

Price Point ships to most countries worldwide. To check whether we ship to your country, as well as the shipping rates for your order, please add the item(s) to the shopping cart and fill out your billing/shipping information. Before you have submitted your order you will be given the available shipping options to your country as well as the shipping cost. *Unfortunately if your country is not listed, we do not currently offer delivery to your location.

While most of our items can be shipped internationally, there are a few items that have shipping restrictions. If the item you selected cannot be shipped outside of the U.S., we will notify you during the checkout process.

Most international orders ship via FedEx International (2-5 business days for delivery to most countries). However, there are some destinations that require shipment via USPS. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery of international orders shipped via USPS.

Price Point may require an additional surcharge for oversized/heavy items that ship to certain countries; we will notify you of any extra charges prior to shipment.

Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees for their order. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Unfortunately due to government restrictions, we are unable to devalue or mark a lower price on any customs paperwork.

Orders that are returned to Price Point for any reason (incorrect address, failure to pay duties and taxes, etc.) will be charged the necessary fees including but not limited to the duties and taxes imposed by your government and the return shipping costs. There will be no refunds given until all the duties, taxes and return shipping fees have been paid.

International Order Procedures: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cashier’s Check and wire transfer in U.S. funds for international orders. Please note orders over $3,000 USD require a wire transfer as payment.

For your protection, we may require additional information and identification to process international orders. We understand that some of these procedures might be restrictive, but due to the high risk of fraud with international orders,
they are necessary to continue to serve our international customers. Price Point thoroughly investigates and checks all international orders for fraud. Improper or fraudulent use is grounds for prosecution. Price Point reserves the right to hold up or refuse to ship any international order it deems fraudulent.
