Shipping

Pricepoint.com’s shopping cart will automatically compute all shipping charges for you and you will be given all available shipping options to your destination. We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders: FedEx Ground, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Overnight.

We also offer a Will Call option for our customers in the Los Angeles area

Price Point may be required to charge an additional surcharge for oversized/heavy items or for larger quantity orders; our customer service team will notify you of any extra shipping charges.

Delivery Times and Rates

*FedEx Ground deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, except on major holidays.

**FedEx Express shipments, including orders shipped 2nd Day Air and Standard Overnight, are delivered Monday through Friday. No Saturday deliveries are available at this time)

All orders submitted over the weekend are processed and shipped from our warehouse the following Monday.

Please note that the above times are estimates only based on residential addresses; commercial addresses may have different shipping times. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to bad weather, carrier issues including but not limited to rural area delivery schedules, incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.

Sales Tax: Appropriate sales tax is added to all orders delivered in the state of California. Canadian and international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees related to their order.

Insurance Charge: In addition to the cost of shipping, we charge $1.29 for insurance on every order. This nominal fee serves to protect you, the customer, in case your shipment is lost, stolen or damaged.

Oversized/Heavy Items: Certain items may be subject to a higher shipping rate due to their size or weight. Any additional costs will be indicated with the item during checkout.

International Shipping

Price Point ships to most countries worldwide. To check whether we ship to your country, as well as the shipping rates for your order, please add the items(s) to the shopping cart and fill out your information.
Before you have submitted your order you will be given the available shipping options to your country and the cost that applies.

While most of our items can be shipped internationally, there are a few that have restrictions. If the item you selected cannot be shipped outside of the U.S., we will notify you during the checkout process.

Canadian Orders: Canadian orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx depending on order total. The estimated delivery time is five to 12 business days. All international order policies below apply.

Shipping & Handling Rates: Most orders ship out via FedEx International (two to five business days to most countries). However, there are some destinations that require us to ship via USPS (seven to 14 business days to most countries).

Price Point may be required to charge an additional surcharge for oversized/heavy items or to ship to certain countries; we will notify you of any extra shipping charges. International orders are required to be a minimum of $50.

Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees for their order. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Unfortunately due to government restrictions, we are unable to devalue or mark a lower price on any customs paper work.

Orders that are returned to Price Point for any reason (incorrect address, failure to pay duties and taxes, etc.) will be charged the necessary fees including but not limited to the duties and taxes imposed by your government and the return shipping costs.
There will be no refunds given until the all duties, taxes and return shipping have been paid.

International Order Procedures: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cashier’s Check and wire transfer in U.S. funds for international orders. Please note orders over $3,000 USD require a wire transfer as payment.

For your protection, we may require additional information and identification to process international orders. We understand that some of these procedures might be restrictive, but due to the high risk of fraud with international orders,
they are necessary to continue to serve our international customers. Price Point thoroughly investigates and checks all international orders for fraud. Improper or fraudulent use is grounds for prosecution. Price Point reserves the right to hold up or refuse to ship any international order it deems fraudulent.
