We are continually adding products to our website, and to ensure our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes and overall selection we no longer publish catalogs. Can I get free shipping?
Price Point strives to offer great prices and promotions. We often offer free standard ground shipping for orders within the continental United States. To make sure you are notified of our promotions please sign up for our exclusive specials.
How can I obtain the balance of my store credit or gift certificate?
If you want to know the balance of your store credit or your gift certificate please contact Customer Service via email or by phone. When sending an email please include the gift certificate number or the order number associated with the store credit. We are available via phone Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm PST.
Placing an Order Questions
What forms of payment do you accept?
Price Point currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Wire Transfer. Unfortunately at this time we do not accept PayPal.
Does Price Point accept international credit cards?
We do accept international credit cards. Please note that credit cards must have a logo from Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. International orders may require extra authorization prior to the order being shipped. International orders may take up to 72 hours to finalize prior to shipping for verification. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
To redeem your gift certificate you can place an order online or via phone. When placing an order online please type the gift certificate number located on the top left corner of the gift certificate in the Additional Orders Comments section at the end of your order. The amount will be applied to your order when it is received. The total on your receipt will not immediately reflect the gift certificate; however, you will see the revised total when you receive your shipment confirmation.
Do you charge sales tax?
Price Point will only charge sales tax for orders shipped within the state of California.
How do I use my store credit?
To redeem store credit you can place an order online or via phone. When placing an order online please request that store credit be applied by typing “Use Store Credit” in the Additional Order Comments section at the end of your order. The amount will be applied to your order when it is received. The total on your receipt will not immediately reflect the gift certificate; however, you will see the revised total when you receive your shipment confirmation.
I tried to check out and something I had added in my cart changed prices, what happened?
The selection on Price Point is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item at that sale price. Until you have completed the check out process, you will not be guaranteed the sale price on the item.
What can cause my order to be delayed?
If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address or telephone number), your order could be delayed. In addition, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address your order could also be delayed due to the verification process.
What is the International form and why do you need it?
For your protection, we may require additional information and identification to process international orders. We understand that some of these procedures might be restrictive, yet due to the high risk of fraud with international orders, the request is mandatory to continue to service our international customers. Any first time international customer may be required to fill out and submit an authorization form with additional proof of identification. As long as you use the same credit card for all purchases made with Price Point we will only request the information once. If you change credit cards at anytime you will need to submit the requested information again that corresponds with the new credit card.
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship via FedEx or USPS. Shipping transit times are determined on the service you choose. Please check our shipping transit time map here to better determine an estimated delivery date. We do our best to get all orders placed before 3pm shipped the same day. Orders with conflicting address information or incorrect credit card information can delay the shipment. Please allow 1-2 extra business days processing time for all Custom-Pro Builds.
Will you require a signature on delivery?
We only require a signature on delivery for our bikes and frames; all other orders ship standard ground and may be left at the door at the driver’s discretion.
Does Price Point ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses. Delivery can take up to 21 business days from the shipment date. You will be emailed with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Do you ship to my country?
You can check if we ship to your country by setting up an account on PricePoint.com and input your address information. If you see your country listed in the drop down menu than we can currently ship to you. If you do not see it listed we do not currently ship to your location.
Can Price Point ship bikes or frames internationally?
Currently, we only ship our bikes and frames within the continental United States. Please check back as we may extend our bike delivery outside of the United States.
Will I have to pay for duties and taxes?
You will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Due to the fees being different for each country, we do not include them in the postage and handling associated with your order. Your local post office or customs office can provide you with that information.
What happens if I refuse my order?
If you refuse your order you will be refunded for the items on your order less any return shipping fees. You will not be refunded the shipping fees you paid when making your order. For any refused international shipments, Price Point will refund less any return shipping fees and any duties and taxes not paid.
What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
Occasionally, due to our unbeatably low prices, an item goes out of stock sooner than we anticipated. If this occurs, we will ship the available items in your order immediately. Once your backordered item(s) is available, we will ship it to you at no additional shipping cost, and you are not charged for any backordered items until they ship. International orders will not be shipped until the entire order is in stock and available for shipment; we do not partially ship international orders.
I’m trying to check my order status and it tells me that my email does not exist, why?
Our system has a case sensitive input field. Please type both email and password as you did when you created the account. To verify your login information you can email our customer service department directly.
What if I find the item I ordered somewhere else for less?
At Price Point, we pledge to not only give you the lowest price possible when you place your order, but we will keep that pledge for 120 days AFTER your date of purchase. Within that period, we will match any promoted price from a qualified retailer you find. For more information regarding price matching please see our 120 Day Best Value Pledge.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any modifications to an order, you can contact us via email or call us directly at 800-774-2376 x500 Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm PST. At Price Point we do our best to respond to customer emails within 1 hour during our normal business hours. Emails received after hours will be responded to the following business day. Providing your order has not processed or shipped out, we will be able to assist you in making any changes to your order.
I received my order but an item is incorrect, how do I return it?
If the item on your invoice does not match the item you received, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] or at 800-774-2376 x500 and we will do our best to remedy the issue in a timely matter.
I received a defective product, is it covered under warranty?
Price Point honors any manufacturer warranty on items we sell. Most defects will be apparent upon initial inspection of the item; sometimes the defects will not be obvious until the product is used. If you feel that a product received is defective please call or email our customer service department. Any defective items are subject to our warranty inspection and review. How can I return or exchange my order?
At Price Point, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return a product provided it meets our Return Policy and is received here within 90 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for return, all items must be in new, unused condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
Price Point is not responsible for any fees associated with the return shipment.
Can I use the return label on the invoice to return the item(s)?
The label printed on the front of the invoice is an address label. You can use it to send the item(s) back to us, but you will still be responsible for the return shipping fees. Price Point does not provide prepaid return labels.
How long will it take for you to refund my card when I return an item?
Once the return is received it will take approximately 3-5 business days to process. Once the return is processed, it can take an additional 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account or one billing cycle to see the refund on your billing statement. When the return is received and processed you will be notified via email.
I am returning an item purchased with a gift certificate, how does that work?
Provided the item being returned meets our return policy, store credit will be issued for the return. The store credit will be under your account and will not expire. To use the store credit on a future order you can type “Use Store Credit” in the order comments field when ordering. The credit will be applied when the order is received.
I want to return an item that I received as a gift. How do I do that?
Provided the gifted item was purchased from Price Point and meets our return policy you can exchange or return the item for store credit following the instructions on our site. You will need to print the return form indicating whether you want store credit or an exchange. If you do not specify which option (exchange or store credit) the refund will be issued to the credit card used to originally purchase the item. We can only refund the original card used to place the order.
