I recently bought this bike because i wanted to build my endurance back up after having an accident mountain biking and having to stay at home for a month. The bike was super easy to put together with the way that comes packaged. Within 3 hours of receiving the bike i had it ready for riding. I thought i was gonna ride it a couple times a week but i havent been able to put it down. The bike is built for speed. It is super light weight. It shifts smoothly with the Shimano Tiagra components. The quick release wheels are perfect if you don't have a bike rack, because once the wheels are off the bike is super compact. The best part is that i only spent a little over $600 between this bike, pedals that do not come with the bike and Sette cycling shoes. This site has literally the BEST prices i've seen. I recommend this bike to anyone that is just getting into the sport!

Well I've been scooting around on a black 54" XiON for about a month now. I have to say that it is worth every penny I spend on it.... which was $499.98. I got the $100.00 off deal when PricePoint launched the new website. It arrived with impressive packaging. Double boxed and everything was wrapped in either bubble wrap or cardboard tubing. If you are even remotely competent with a wrench you can properly assemble and fine tune your bike in about 30 minutes. Up close, the welds are nice and clean, paint is shiny and black and the bike is pretty well tuned out of the box. The Tiagra drive train is nice for the lower end of Shimano's road components. They shift clean and I haven't had any issues with crispness or missing shifts. The brakes are old style rim grabbers that are still on most if not all road type bike and they work adequately. The cable set is of lower quality but form, fit and function are fine and they are equal to the rest of the build. The geometry is subjective to the rider, it fits me fine. I do notice that I could be stretched out a bit more, the use of a straight bar (which I wanted) compresses your upper body since you don’t have to have your hands positioned further out on the shift/brake levers of a traditional roadie. Over all I am very happy with the quality and overall ride of the bike. It is proving to be a worthy steed for my daily commute to and from work which is only about 20 miles round trip, so someone that does a long ride may think differently. It is definitely worth the price for a well-equipped budget friendly commuter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
