3T Aura Pro Aerobar System
AURA is a new, entry-level carbon-fiber bar aimed at time-trialists. AURA shares its basic architecture with MISTRAL, but its basebar has a simplified top skin and top-mounted extension clamps. This means it lacks the multiple elbow-rest positions of MISTRAL, but is lighter. AURA comes with S-bend extensions as standard, but owners will be able to swap in any of 3T’s range of extensions, including the Christian Vande Velde Special Edition ‘Deep-S’ bends. Like all of the 3T 2010 cockpit components, AURA complies with UCI, so is permitted in pro races. Simplicity, low weight, and efficient production keep the price low for such an advanced component.

3T Brezza II Team Aerobar System
3T Brezza II Team Aerobar System
BREZZA II is an aerobar that mounts on conventional stems such as the 3T ARX range. The new model has a re-designed, lighter aerofoil basebar, symmetrical in section and with a pronounced forward sweep, that's shared with 3T's Track bars. Carbon-fiber cradles and S-bend extensions are standard. There’s a full range of adjustment for athletes of diverse physiques. Straight, deep-S, and ski-bend extensions are also available as 3T Accessories. BREZZA II meets UCI rules on aero form factor and many pros use it on their TT bikes.
The 3T Brezza II Team Aerobar is literally the team version. As in, the version the 3T sponsored pro teams use. Take a look at the Garmin and Cervélo team bikes and you'll find this version clamped into their 3T stems. The aluminum extensions are how they differ from the LTD version, making them a tad heavier, but less expensive. As with the LTD, this is an evolution from the original Brezza, and it's both lighter and UCI 3:1 aspect ratio compliant. While we're discussing compliance, it's also worth mentioning, the bars pass go with USA Triathlon and Ironman WTC.
As always, when you're going into an event as precise as time trials, you need to get all the numbers so that you know the bar will be dialed before you get it in your hands. The bar clamp diameter is 31.8mm, which is modern when a pretty significant percentage of aerobars come with the older 26.0 clamp diameter. The bars come in one width, 40cm, on the assumption that you want a narrow position even when you're off the armrests. The drop of the base bar is 0mm and the reach is 160mm. The bars are threaded for internal routing of brake cables and the hand rest can take any 19mm diameter external clamp or plug-style bar-end brake lever.
The bars come standard with S-bend extensions. These can be replaced with ski-bend or straight versions. The extensions are 350mm long and can be cut down to suit your preference. The range of adjustment is 265mm at the longest to 172mm at the shortest.
The carbon-fiber forearm cradles can be set in any of four positions. They start at 35mm from the center or 70mm apart. They move in four increments of 12.78mm out to 108.34mm. If you put the armrests directly on the bar, the top of the armrest pad is 35mm above the bar. The armrests can be raised 10, 20, or 30mm with the included spacers. There's even an accessory 60mm riser for people who want their base bar much lower than their extensions.
The 3T Brezza II Team Aerobar comes in one color -- High Gloss Carbon-Fiber base bar with matte Black aluminum extensions.

DT Swiss Spokes set the standard by which all others are compared. The Competition is a double butted spoke that measures 2.0mm on the ends and tapers down to 1.8mm in the middle. The DT Competition is suitable for both mountain and road wheels and just about anything in between.

- Ordering a box will get you 72 spokes and 72 silver alloy nipples. We are not able to split up boxes or mix and match sizes.
- Wheel building is widely considered to be a 3rd degree black belt level job for the home mechanic. A2Z Disc Brake Adapter
Converts a 74mm post mount to a 51mm (IS) caliper mount.
- The disc rotor must be enlarged by 20-25mm to be used with this adapter.
Example:160mm(original rotor size)= 185mm(new rotor with A2Z
adapter)
Example:180/185mm(original rotor size)= 203mm(new rotor with A2Z adapter)
