Completely re-engineered the Air system is performing better then any other system on the market. The coil-alike plushness combined with the air volume adjuster offers the ideal compression curve to any rider. The low pressure required keeps the seals sliding smoothly on the surface avoiding any friction. Plus, the fixed piston in the closed cartridge helps to reduce weight thanks to the less oil quantity needed in the complete system.
New bushing design features vertical slot for oil fluid and lubrication; fitted design process forms itself to the internal casting machine seat. The goal is to have the best feeling, most supple feel between the stanchions and the casting.
Slightly redesigned to reach perfection the TST Micro is the greatest evolution of Marzocchi's closed cartridge hydraulic system. The red knob on the lower part of the fork leg allows adjusting the rebound, the black top blacklever activates the Micro system controlling the compression. The Micro adjustment located in the middle of the top left knob sets the threshold valve in order to offer the maximum traction and control on any terrain and combining it with any riding style. Lockout is activated by turning the Micro knob completely to the closed position, then shifting the black lever clockwise or shifting on the remote control to the lock position.
All forks with nickel coated stanchions show a new superficial treatment and a new design. The new superficial treatment improves their smoothness and their resistance to the dirt encountered during every bike ride. The internal tapered profile design allows a consistent weight reduction in comparison with the previous MYs equivalent stanchions, without losing out on stiffness and resistance.

As I pull this fork out staring at the black on black paint job, I think to myself, this would look fly on my bike. Messing with the travel adjust (TA) with just the flick of a switch would be so convinient to have in my back yard.(Orange County) I can bomb downhill with 150mm of travel, get to the bottom and drop from 150mm to 120mm, lock out my fork and take on that beast uphill. The all in one fork for that All mountain or Cross-country trail.

TST Micro
Slightly redesigned to reach perfection the TST Micro is the greatest evolution of Marzocchi's closed cartridge hydraulic system. The red knob on the lower part of the fork leg allows adjusting the rebound, the black top black lever activates the Micro system controlling the compression. The Micro adjustment located in the middle of the top left knob sets the threshold valve in order to offer the maximum traction and control on any terrain and combining it with any riding style. Lockout is activated by turning the Micro knob completely to the closed position, then shifting the black lever clockwise or shifting on the remote control to the lock position.
Titanium Spring
The new titanium rebound springs allow a light weight and a perfect takeoff. These rebound springs permit the greatest sensitivity and reactivity, thus keeping you glued to the ground even with minimal roughness.
Tuning the preload, rebound and compression speed is not always enough! Some riders wants to control the compression curve from the beginning to the end of the stroke. Admiring all the features on this fork, playing with all the adjustments, this fork is a conversation piece. After I finally got the fork back in my possession after all the employees get to "oooh" and "ahhh" at the 55 Micro. I start to picture how this would look on my Flite. "Clean" is the only thing that came to mind. With the travel adjust, it is perfect for the non-carpool days. Rebound, Micro compression, lockout, "Hello my new baby."

For that huge, sick-ass, whip over the table top or a no-handed front flip in the middle of a set. The Dirt Jumper 1 is the fork.
The RV (Rebound Valve) pumping element is the evolution of the well proven SSVF Open Bath system. The system controls the rebound speed. If you correctly adjust the red colored knob on the lower part of the fork leg, you can keep the wheel on contact with the soil in all riding conditions.

Dirt Jumping: This "BMX" or "motocross" style of riding is only for the most skilled riders, and involves jumping from one mound of dirt to another. It also includes riding over and around "urban obstacles" such as man-made, or other concrete, structures, or racing on a track consisting of jumps made from mounds of dirt which the rider must negotiate by jumping or turning at speed. These forks should only be used with disk brakes, and those frames, wheels and other components specifically designed for this riding style. The disk brakes must be attached to the designated mounting points provided on the fork. Never make any modification to your fork when attaching any equipment.
