Fox Flux Helmet Black 2007
The Fox Flux helmet 2007 is a new pursuit for the company. It's a helmet that combines the freestyle shape with cross country ventilation, taking the best from both worlds into a unique skid lid that looks good on the trails, on the ramps, in the parking lot, even riding down the street. The freestyle shape is best seen from behind, where the helmet has a familiar curve in addition to extending lower than most cross country helmets. The XC heritage is best seen up front, with the visor and big air scoops work together to help channel air flow over the head. A first for helmets is the spoiler atop the rear of the lid. Inspired by motocross, it channels the discharge air flow to keep the helmet streamlined, which means fast. 20 vents let the air come and go as it pleases. The Fox Flux helmet also uses a Detox secondary retention system.
CPSC approved for off road cycling (NOT approved for motor vehicle use).

While the grade of materials and the surface treatment of the races may change between groups, one thing is constant. Shimano hubs exclusively use a cup and cone bearing system in all of its hubs. Cup-and-cone bearings offer greater strength than sealed cartridge bearings due to their ability to displace lateral and vertical loads more effectively for super smooth rotation in real world riding conditions. Cup-and-cone bearings also allow for easier maintenance, adjustability and serviceability.
Shimano XT M756 6 Bolt Disc Hub features smooth rotation, double contact sealing, Center Lock System compatibility, rubber cap for center lock mount, and a cup & cone bearing.

White Industries ENO Eccentric Disc Hub
The demand for creative and functional single speed components has increased significantly over the last several years as the industry has witnessed an increased interest in both road and off road single speed riding. Several different single speed hubs were designed to accommodate the needs of various bicycles and component requirements. Bikes with vertical dropouts require a means to tension the chain. Chain tension can be addressed three ways by utilizing a chain tensioner, an eccentric bottom bracket, or with White Industries’ Eccentric ENO rear hub. The eccentric rear hub allows the rider to adjust the chain tension by simply rotating the elliptical axle ends up and back in the dropouts whereby the chain pulls into tension. The hub axle bolts are then secured to the frame and the bike is ready. It is easy, clean, and simple. When using a disc brake with the White Industries ENO Eccentric Disc Hub you will also need to use the White Industries ENO Eccentric Disc Brake Adapter (sold separately). The Disc ENO is designed to accept a six bolt disc brake rotor on the non drive side of the hub. The ENO hubs are made in the USA.
“…What is there to say? They’re light, simple, shiny and smooth. Bearing life has been fine so far, and they haven’t made any funny noises. We used a disc front, and a standard non-disc rear. They are available, however, in both disc or non-disc options, as well as a rear ENO eccentric style, which allows for clean adaptation of vertical-dropout-equipped-bikes to singlespeed use without tensioners.” Ferrentino, Mike. “Style in Spades” Bikemag.com. http://www.bikemag.com/gear/drivetrain/032806_white/
