Formula R1 / Mega / The oneBrake Pads
Formula Replacement Disc Brake Pads
These pads come in three flavors and fit Formula's The One, Mega, and R1 disc brakes. Available options are organic with a steel back plate, organic with an alloy back plate, and sintered metallic with a steel back plate.
Any of these pads work great. Generally speaking the organic pads tend to be a little quieter while sintered metallic pads get a boost in durability at the expense of possibly being a little noisier. If you typically ride in brutal, muddy conditions the sintered pad might be a good way to go. For all round riding, organic pads tend to be more popular.
The alloy back plate option on the organic pad not only saves a few grams but is better at dealing with the heat for slightly better braking performance.

Once again Shimano's Ultegra 6700 brakes mirrors Shimano Dura-Ace 7900 only differing in the material used to reduce weight. It features all of the improvements Dura-Ace 7900 has to offer. First, Shimano redesigned the arches of the caliper to improve braking power and modulation. Second, the cable stop is lowered reducing cable drag and improving how the cable is routed. Thirdly, the barrel adjuster is bigger making it easier for on-the-fly adjustment.
